The course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises. Applying Professional Scrum is excellent training for organizations, teams, and anyone wanting to experience using Scrum. The course also provides the foundational Scrum knowledge needed for those wishing to continue their education with role-focused (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, Leader) training classes. Whether you are getting started on your first Scrum effort or refreshing your knowledge, this course gives students the ability and direction to start using Scrum immediately after the class.

About the trainer

Maciej Nadolski is a Professional Scrum Trainer and Scaled Agile Program Consultant. He co-authored the official improved Agile Manifesto translation to Polish. He also holds a diploma in Project Management from the University of Economics. Since 2010, Maciej Nadolski has been helping ambitious organizations become more lean and agile. He focuses on training people and practices servant-leadership, which means that rather than having power over people, he empowers them to develop professionally and guides them towards their best performance both individually and as a team. In his work Maciej focuses on values and principles of lean and agile.
