The Change Management™ Practitioner course is aimed at practitioners who plan or participate in changes such as: introducing new solutions, strategic changes, restructuring, changing the offer, mergers and acquisitions. The course is delivered using a case study and an exercise kit.

Prerequisites:
There are no formal prerequisites for taking the Change Management Practitioner course.
However the Change Management Foundation certificate is required to sit for the Practitioner exam.
