IT4IT™ Reference Architecture, Version 2.1 is The Open Group standard that describes a reference architecture and value chain-based operating model for managing the business of IT. IT4IT™ standard uses the value chain approach to create a model of functions that IT performs. This framework identifies the key activities that IT must do to contribute to business competitiveness.
