The Management of Portfolios (MoP®) guidance provides senior executives and practitioners responsible for planning and implementing change, with a set of principles, techniques and practices to introduce or re-energize portfolio management.
The MoP® Foundation training is fully accredited by PeopleCert on behalf of Axelos.
Accredited training with a qualified trainer, accredited training materials and a voucher for an accredited exam.
Online training for MoP® Foundation lasts two days and the examination takes place at the end or after the training.
MoP® Foundation is suitable for professionals involved in a range of formal and informal portfolio management roles encompassing investment decision making, project and programme delivery, and benefits realisation. The certification is also valuable to those involved in the selection and delivery of business change initiatives, including members of Management Boards and Directors of Change, SROs, Portfolio, Programme, Project, Business Change and Benefits managers, as well as business case writers and project appraisers.
There are no formal requirements to qualify for the training.
In order to book your exam, you need an Exam Code, which you will receive by email from PeopleCert during or after the course. This is dictated by when you pay for the training. Once you receive the Exam Code go to peoplecert.org/login, create an account and you will be prompted to enter your Exam Code in order to book your exam. Book your exam with the most suitable date and time.

Preliminary results are automatically issued upon exam completion and are available on your computer screen. You have the option to save them as an HTML or PDF file on your computer and keep them until the official results are issued. According to PeopleCert policy, official results are issued within 2 business days from the date your answers are submitted.
You can give the exam as many times as you want. Every attempt is payable.
You will receive an online certificate. The certificate will be uploaded on your PeopleCert account.
MoP® Foundation certificate is valid indefinitely.
