How can I check which date is confirmed?

What is the time frame of the course?

Our usual time frame is 9am – 4:30pm each day of the course

How big is the group?

The group consists of about 10-15 participants

Do you offer the courses during the weekend?

Yes, most of our training courses are offered also during weekends. Information about available dates can be accessed on the course’s specific page. List of available courses can be found HERE.

When will I get the materials?

We usually provide the materials 1 week before the start of the course

Will I receive the certificate of course completion?

Yes, every participant will receive the certificate of course completion if he took part in all days of the course

What is the language of the course?

The open courses are delivered in English. For the in-house courses we can discuss the possibility of delivering the course in other languages.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking within 48 hours from the moment of registering. For more details please check our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

What is the in-house session?

We offer private sessions which are called In-House. It is a private session dedicated only for participants from your company. The time frame, online platform, time zone etc. can be also adapted to your needs.

Will I receive printed materials?

No, as of now we do not offer printed versions of the materials, only in PDF format.

Is it possible to change the date of the course after registering?

It is possible to relocate for another session up to 21 working days before the course at no additional costs. After this period, the relocation is connected with covering the full cost for the initial session. Please note, you can also find a substitute for yourself for the initial session – in this case we can accept your relocation at a short notice.

I have issues with the registering (e.g the captcha does not work, the website does not let me go further etc)

We are very sorry for the inconveniences, but the issues might occur for different reasons. To start with, we kindly advise you to clear your cache and cookies – very often it solves the issue. It is also possible we are experiencing sudden issues with the website. Please try to refresh the page, or try registering one more time a little bit later. If the problem still persists, please contact our Customer Service team.

Can you send me an offer (quotation/quote)

Yes, please contact our Customer Service team, provide your name and email address and we will prepare an offer for you shortly and send it over the email.

Online courses

Which platform do you use for online courses?

Our live online training courses are delivered through the Zoom platform. During the training, you have the option of using a camera or microphone, you can also submit your questions and comments in the chat.

HOW TO JOIN THE TRAINING SESSIONS?

You will receive a link to the training in an email about one week before the training.

Before joining the meeting, you will be asked to test your hardware (microfone, speakers, camera).

Can I watch online courses when I have time or re-watch later?

No, the courses are not recorded, but are run live online which gives you the opportunity to communicate with the trainer and other participants, and also take part in the group exercises and quizzes.

In which time zone is an online course scheduled?

We are delivering the courses in the following time zones:
Europe: CET/CEST
USA/Canada: CST/CDT
India: IST
Australia: AEST
Singapore: SGT

How are online courses different from onsite ones?

The online courses do not differ from onsite ones in terms of content and materials. They are run live online, so there are also discussions with the trainer and the group, group exercises and quizzes.

Is it possible to attend a different timezone than the location I am currently based in? Will this cause any technical difficulties/ is there a difference in the training program?

The difference of the courses by timezones was initially created in order to facilitate the customers choice and adjust by default the course hours in which the session will be held. There is no difference in training program nor should it cause any technical difficulties as long as you have a good internet connection and an efficiently working device.

Payment

How can I pay for the course? Should I pay right away while registering?

Individual payments need to be made online by card, when registering for the training course. Companies may pay for the booked Training Courses either by card, or by providing a Purchase Order (PO) number

Can I pay by card?

Yes, you can pay online by card, following the registering process on our website. We accept payments by most credit and debit cards. If you have any issues paying for the course online, please contact the Customer Service Team.

How to pay with credit/debit card/online?

Once you book the course you require, you will be directed to the online payment on our website. We accept card payment by most cards, including payments made using a prepaid, debit or credit card. If you have any queries regarding the payment process, please contact the Customer Service Team.

Can I pay over the phone?

No, sadly for now we do not offer such option. We accept 2 methods of payment: regular bank transfer or payment by card through the payment request link.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we can accept payment in parts. In order to get more information about this option, please contact our Customer Service team .

Is VAT included in the price?

No, the price presented on the website is exclusive of VAT.

Examination

When will I receive access to exam?/ exam voucher

If the payment is complete, the participant receives access to the exam within 5 working days after the end of the course.
