This level is built on the learning objectives from the Lean IT Foundation to provide specific skills based training to IT professionals responsible for facilitating Kaizen improvement events.
The Lean IT Kaizen course is fully accredited by PeopleCert on behalf of Lean IT Association.

Online training for Lean IT Kaizen lasts two days and the examination takes place at the end or after the training.
Lean IT Kaizen is of interest to anyone who is involved in change management.
There are no formal requirements. However, in order to pass the Kaizen exam you need to be a Lean IT Foundation certificate holder.
In order to book your exam, you need an Exam Code, which you will receive by email from PeopleCert during or after the course. This is dictated by when you pay for the training. Once you receive the Exam Code go to peoplecert.org/login, create an account and you will be prompted to enter your Exam Code in order to book your exam. Book your exam with the most suitable date and time.
Candidates with Windows operating systems can find a step by step guide on how to take an Online exam HERE, while candidates with MacOs can find the relevant guide HERE.
Preliminary results are automatically issued upon exam completion and are available on your computer screen. You have the option to save them as an HTML or PDF file on your computer and keep them until the official results are issued. According to PeopleCert policy, official results are issued within 2 business days from the date your answers are submitted.
You can take the exam as many times as you want. Every attempt is payable.
You will receive an online certificate. The certificate will be uploaded on your PeopleCert account.
Lean IT Kaizen certification is valid indefinitely.
