The Lean IT Leadership course is one of four courses included in the new Lean IT certification program defined by the Lean IT Association.

Online training for Lean IT Leadership lasts two days and the examination takes place at the end or after the training.
Created for professionals in leadership positions within a Lean IT organisation who require a clear roadmap on how to lead Lean IT transformation.
There are no formal requirements. However, in order to pass the Leadership exam you need to be a Lean IT Foundation certificate holder.
In order to book your exam, you need an Exam Code, which you will receive by email from PeopleCert during or after the course. This is dictated by when you pay for the training. Once you receive the Exam Code go to peoplecert.org/login, create an account and you will be prompted to enter your Exam Code in order to book your exam. Book your exam with the most suitable date and time.
Candidates with Windows operating systems can find a step by step guide on how to take an Online exam HERE, while candidates with MacOs can find the relevant guide HERE.
Preliminary results are automatically issued upon exam completion and are available on your computer screen. You have the option to save them as an HTML or PDF file on your computer and keep them until the official results are issued. According to PeopleCert policy, official results are issued within 2 business days from the date your answers are submitted.
You can give the exam as many times as you want. Every attempt is payable.
You will receive an online certificate. The certificate will be uploaded on your PeopleCert account.
Lean IT Leadership certification is valid indefinitely.
