To take the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination you must provide proof of holding PRINCE2® Foundation, 6 edition.
Due to the impact of the coronavirus, from 13 April 2020 to 31 December 2021 individuals are now permitted to print PDFs for exams and use PDFs or official e-books on a second e-device (portable digital devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops) during open book exams.
The Foundation Level certification introduces the PRINCE2® method and aims to confirm that you know and understand the PRINCE2® method. The purpose of the Prince2® Practitioner level is to confirm whether you have sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor the method in a range of different project environments and scenarios.
The PRINCE2® training is fully accredited by PeopleCert on behalf of Axelos.

Online training for PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner course lasts four days and the examination takes place after the training. After the course our logistic team will send you exam codes to book the exams.
This certification is aimed at current and aspiring project managers or professionals who manage projects. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects.
Candidates should have some knowledge of project management, but there are no formal requirements to qualify for the Foundation course. Knowledge from the foundation course is required at the practitioner level.
In order to book your exam, you need an Exam Code, which you will receive by email from PeopleCert during or after the course. This is dictated by when you pay for the training. Once you receive the Exam Code go to peoplecert.org/login, create an account and you will be prompted to enter your Exam Code in order to book your exam. Book your exam with the most suitable date and time. To sit on the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam you must first sit and pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.
Candidates with Windows operating systems can find a step by step guide on how to take an Online exam HERE, while candidates with MacOs can find the relevant guide HERE.
Preliminary results are automatically issued upon exam completion and are available on your computer screen. You have the option to save them as an HTML or PDF file on your computer and keep them until the official results are issued. According to PeopleCert policy, official results are issued within 2 business days from the date your answers are submitted.
You can give the exam as many times as you want. Every attempt is payable.
You will receive an online certificate. The certificate will be uploaded on your PeopleCert account.
PRINCE2® Foundation certificate is valid indefinitely. Holders of PRINCE2® Practitioner 6th edition are required to be re-registered within 3 years from their original certification.
