An AI-Empowered SAFe^® Agilist (SA) strategically guides the adoption, success, and ongoing improvement of Lean-Agile culture in an enterprise, now enhanced by the power of Artificial Intelligence. The Agilist helps define the organizational mission and vision, communicating strategic decisions and the need for change in an AI-driven marketplace to all stakeholders and teams. They motivate knowledge workers by helping them leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, engagement, and commitment to the enterprise's mission.

During this two-day course, participants will learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework^®, how to execute and release value through AI-augmented Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation in the era of AI.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it’s critical in today’s "AI-or-die" marketplace. They’ll receive practical advice on supporting Agile teams, empowering a Lean Portfolio with AI-driven insights, building a continuous delivery pipeline, and coordinating large, complex solutions using modern technologies.
